The large-scale sculpture Gateway to Victory, a landmark of red culture located in the Yeping Scenic Area of Ruijin, Jiangxi Province, spans Suwei Avenue. Meticulously crafted from stainless steel, the artwork was designed under the leadership of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, with Hebei Xinte Group undertaking its full-cycle production and installation.
Composed of three sets of steel-structured five-pointed stars, the sculpture stretches 65 meters in total length and stands 52 meters in height, ranking among the world’s remarkably large stainless steel sculptures themed on five-pointed stars. After its completion, it was featured as the background visual on the special program Ode to the Motherland: Raise the Same Flag, Share Wishes for Our Motherland broadcast on Xinwen Lianbo of China Central Television. Boasting extensive construction experience in large red cultural tourism sculptures, Hebei Xinte Group exercised rigorous control over the welding, polishing and integral hoisting techniques for this long-span stainless steel steel structure sculpture, fully realizing the red-themed creative conception devised by the Central Academy of Fine Arts. Since its installation, relying on its distinctive five-pointed star shape and profound connotations of red history, Gateway to Victory has become an iconic sight for red research and red cultural tourism in Ruijin, continuously passing on the red spirit of the Soviet Area and showcasing the charm of red culture in the old revolutionary base area.
